Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit on the goods (after discount) by bank transfer, after you order;

• The rest of the goods, with any delivery fee: in cash to the Viettel Post courier on delivery (cash on delivery), after you inspect the parcel.

The deposit and the amount due on delivery are shown at checkout before you order, and on the order confirmation page.

Transfer to Techcombank account 5422011998, account holder NGUYEN THU TRANG, using the QR code or details on the order confirmation page. Use the transfer note "LACHANG" with your order code so we can match it.

We only take payment into this account and never ask you to pay into another one. An order whose deposit doesn't arrive within 24 hours is cancelled automatically.

When a refund is due under the Terms or the Returns and Warranty Policy, we transfer it to the bank account you give us within 7 working days of confirming it.

Invoices are issued as invoicing law requires of household businesses. If you need one, contact customers@lachang.shop with your order code.
