General Terms and Conditions of Sale

We sell handmade jewelry crafted by us in Hanoi: rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets in 925 silver (Ag 92.5%), set with CZ (cubic zirconia) or Moissanite stones as you choose. Both are synthetic (lab-made) stones, not natural gemstones. Each product page states the material, composition, weight, stone, size and price.

Pieces are handmade, so they may differ slightly from the photos in colour, sparkle and size. Photos are illustrative.

• Step 1: Choose a piece, metal, stone and (for rings) size, and add it to your bag;

• Step 2: At checkout, enter the recipient and delivery address, review the price, discount, shipping, deposit and the amount due on delivery; tick your agreement to these terms, the Payment Policy and the Returns and Warranty Policy, then press "Place order";

• Step 3: Transfer the deposit as shown on the order confirmation page within 24 hours;

• Step 4: Once the deposit arrives, we contact you by phone or email to confirm the order. The sale contract is made when we confirm the order.

An order whose deposit doesn't arrive within 24 hours is cancelled automatically. We may decline an order (for example if a piece is out of stock or details are incomplete); we then refund everything you transferred.

Prices, discounts and delivery fees are set out in the Pricing Policy. A 50% deposit on the goods is paid by bank transfer; the rest, with any delivery fee, is paid on delivery, as set out in the Payment Policy.

Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. Inspection, exchanges, refunds and warranty follow the Returns and Warranty Policy.

• Before the order is handed to Viettel Post: you can cancel by contacting us and get your full deposit back, except as below;

• Custom-size rings (outside sizes 4–7): once we start making the ring, the order can no longer be cancelled and the deposit is not refunded, because the piece is made to your measurements;

• If we can't deliver the piece as confirmed (materials unavailable, a problem in making it), you may cancel and get everything you paid back within 7 working days.

• Publish complete, accurate information about us, the products, prices, fees, discounts and transaction conditions before you order, and keep to the published policies;

• Deliver the piece, material and quantity confirmed; handle exchanges, refunds and warranty as the policies say;

• Protect your personal data under the Privacy Policy;

• Receive and resolve feedback and complaints under the Complaints Policy;

• Provide information to the competent authorities as the law requires.

• The protections of consumer law; complete and accurate information about the products and about us; inspecting the parcel before paying the rest;

• Protection of your personal data; having feedback and complaints resolved as the law requires;

• Giving accurate recipient details; paying in full and on time;

• Complying with the law and the site's terms and policies.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order does not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation under the Complaints Policy; failing that, either party may bring them before the competent People's Court.

When we change these terms or the policies, we publish the new version on the site with its date. An order placed earlier follows the version you agreed to when ordering.
