Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered to your door by Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post), which collects the rest of the payment on delivery (COD).

Throughout Vietnam; not abroad yet. Addresses are chosen from Viettel Post's list of provinces/cities and wards.

• Preparation: pieces in stock (including rings in sizes 4–7) are handed to Viettel Post within 1–3 working days of our confirming the order; custom-size rings take 7–14 working days to make;

• Transit: Viettel Post's published time for the route, shown with its quote.

Actual times may be longer around holidays and Tết, in bad weather, or in remote areas and islands. If an order may arrive later than expected, we let you know.

Free for orders with goods of 1,000,000 ₫ or more; below that, Viettel Post's quote, collected on delivery, as set out in the Pricing Policy.

Once the order is with Viettel Post, we send you the tracking number to follow on Viettel Post's website or app. Viettel Post calls the recipient's phone before delivering.

You may open the parcel and check the piece (design, metal, stone, size, quantity, condition) in front of the courier before paying. If it's wrong or damaged, you may refuse it and tell us within 48 hours; we then handle it under the Returns and Warranty Policy and refund your deposit.

Viettel Post tries up to 3 times. If delivery fails because the recipient details are wrong, the recipient can't be reached or nobody is there, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you. Within 7 days you can ask us to send it again and pay the redelivery fee.

If you refuse the parcel for a reason other than a wrong or damaged piece, or don't ask for redelivery within that time, the order is cancelled, you don't pay the rest, and the deposit covers the two-way delivery and preparation costs; anything left over is refunded to you. For custom-size rings the deposit is not refunded.
