Returns and Warranty Policy

• The wrong design, metal, stone, size or quantity compared with the confirmed order;

• Damage in transit: dents, breaks, lost stones;

• Manufacturing defects: a stone falling out, a broken clasp or solder joint under normal wear, within 30 days of delivery.

Report a wrong or transit-damaged piece within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it, repair it free, or refund everything you paid for it if it can't be replaced, and we pay delivery both ways.

Within 3 days of delivery you may exchange for another design or size (rings in sizes 4–7) if the piece is unworn, with its tag, box and accessories. You pay delivery both ways and any price difference.

Custom-size rings (outside sizes 4–7) can't be exchanged for change of mind, because they're made to your measurements. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings can't be exchanged for change of mind.

• Step 1: Contact customers@lachang.shop, 0945111071 or Instagram with your order code, what's wrong, and photos or video (for damage, ideally a video of opening the parcel);

• Step 2: We confirm within 2 working days and tell you how to send the piece back;

• Step 3: Once we receive and check it, we send the exchange, repair it or refund you under the Payment Policy.

Every LA:CHANG piece is cleaned and polished free for life. Bring it to us or post it; for posted pieces you pay delivery both ways.

925 silver can tarnish naturally from air, sweat, water or chemicals; this isn't a defect. Damage from knocks, wear or improper storage after the defect period is repaired for a fee, which we quote before repairing.
